  1. It just doesn't seem fair you at all Rose. X I'm a slow loser too, but I get frustrated, I'm not surprised you do x I know people who've lost four stone in as many months! One lost 10lb in a week… I really, really want to understand why. Could it be because these people ate so poorly before? Ps, love your make up today… Having makeup storage envy too lol.

  2. If u want to boost weight lose a few small changes would help you. Try starting ur day with hot lemon water it's actually great for kick start and wakening u up. Easy to drink while getting ready for the day. Try drinking a lot more water. Try always carrying a bottle with u everywhere. Or start a water challenge for urself. Try a lot more speed food I would love to do a week of what I eat to hopefully motivate myself and others but I don't have the confidence to be on camera just yet.

  3. I don't understand why people don't stay on plan when they're on vacation. Does it really ruin your holiday if you can't eat high calorie things? I'm not judging – I honestly can't see how a cake could improve your holiday when you are aware that it will prevent you from achieving your goals. What strategies do you have for sticking to plan on your next trip?
    (BTW, that lipstick is gorgeous!)

  4. Omg, I can 100% relate to what you said about being frustrated. I'm on week 9 & have lost 4.5lbs in total (after also getting my half stone award) & I'm incredibly frustrated. This week, I have a food plan for the week & have stuck to it 100%. Im also taking pictures of all my food & posting it on my Instagram (Lilybutterflyxx) every evening. I'm hoping next weeks weigh in is better. Keep your chin up honey & keep going. Lots of love & hugs to you & good luck.   5. Great video. Your battle with getting that half stone and going beyond it really resonates with me! I have been on and off SW for years and rejoined around may, I lose five pounds, gain a bit lose a bit, gain a bit and haven't actually got a solid a award to show for it. I have decided that enough is enough and it needs to be a priority. It is hard though. The important thing is that we don't give up and even when we don't have the result we want, we go back and carry on. When you do get that 1/2 stone award, use it s motivation to push on to a stone, rather than what I have done and celebrated the loss and then gained ba yo yoed. You will do it. You are really good when you're on plan! Keep going, don't give up, you will get there x

  6. I just started slimming world last week, thankfully Sam did too as its making everything a lot easier. We had afternoon tea booked as we went a way for the weekend on the Sunday/Monday so I'm hoping there's a loss of something, I hope for Sam too. As I know as doing it together is the best, but if he doesn't lose then it will be hard for him to keep going and I don't have motivation for me, let alone both of us.
    I'm worried about going away already. We're off to DLP with friends at the end of September and I don't want to put on everything I would have (hopefully) lost, because we eat and drink so much but at the same time I don't want to be thinking about it too much and the best time I we can. But maybe I need to think about salads as much as possible.
    I'm really not one to follow SW accounts on insta and things, not yet anyway, but I found this really interesting.
    Keep at it girly! Any loss is an achievement and you will get there if you keep trying xx

  7. Well done on your loss, try to focus on that rather than what you feel you should have lost. You stuck to plan and did your best and lost weight, that'sthe thing to be proud off! My NSV was losing enough weight to become a blood donor (before SW I would have been turned away as over the weight limit). Keep up the good work Rose x

  8. It will get easier when you get your half stone. I look at my weightloss by half a stone targets rather than concentrate on my overall target. I think it's a much better way, you shouldn't be so hard on yourself although I have definetly felt like you've felt! X

  9. I joined SW in a week where there were quite a few new members. The next week I had lost the least amount of weight out of all the new members. Lots of them had earned their 1/2 stone award that week. It took me longer, but I got there. Everyone is different and people lose weight at different rates. Do the best you can and you will get there!

  10. it can be very frustrating, I totally understand. maybe try focusing on the food, on trying new recipes and enjoying yourself, cause if you're enjoying yourself, losing any weight will be an extra bonus 🙂

  11. I know what you mean about the frustration. I gained 1/2 pound and was devastated so like you, I decided to be religious about it and I found that keeping a food diary even after the 4 weeks is my best tool. I'm now on 10lb off and I'm desperate for my stone award. Where about is your class? I'm in Fife and just can't pinpoint your accent haha. Chin up tho coz you'll get there x

  12. Hey love, well done on your progress! A pound & a half is still amazing so don't get disheartened. Are you exercising also? I have struggled with dieting & losing weight for years but have recently started regularly going to the gym 3 times a week alongside the food side of the things & I've been losing 3-4 pounds a week for the past 3 weeks! It really has made me realise that dieting success is about 60% down to being more active xx
